IntelliForce — Privacy Policy
IntelliForce helps employers manage attendance and rostering using secure, on-device facial recognition with location verification. We collect only what’s needed to run the service, we don’t sell your data, and you control your permissions.
What we collect
We collect only the information required to provide attendance and workforce services:
- Profile & employment: name, employee ID, department, contact details, bank/statutory info (where required).
- Biometrics (face): images for registration (3 poses) and one image per check-in/out, plus face embeddings and liveness data. Face detection runs on your device; only cropped/processed data is uploaded when needed.
- Attendance & location: timestamps, optional GPS when geofencing is enabled, site IDs.
How we use your data
We use data for a few clear purposes:
- Verify identity and mark attendance (facial recognition + liveness checks).
- Enforce geofence/site rules (when enabled).
- Manage rosters, leave, payroll inputs, and audits.
- Improve app reliability and security (logs, crash reports).
We do not sell, trade, or use your biometric data for advertising.
How we protect it
We follow industry standards:
- On-device face detection (Google ML Kit) for privacy and speed.
- Role-based access for HR/admin users and employees.
Retention
- Facial data: retained for employment duration + legal retention period.
- Attendance records: retained per legal/regulatory needs.
Sharing & third parties
We share data only when necessary:
- With authorized people in your organization (HR, site managers).
- If required by law (court orders, labor inspections).
- With notice on business transfers (merger/acquisition).
Children
IntelliForce is for employees 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Account Management
IntelliForce is a corporate workforce management application. Employee accounts are created and managed by Enterprise Administrators, not by individual users.
Automatic account lifecycle
- Account creation: By Enterprise Administrator
- Account deactivation: Automatic upon employment termination
- Legal records: Attendance/leave data retained for 7 years (labor law requirement)
